For Portugal, we offer free standard delivery on all orders with a value of €50.00 (300gr) or more.

For the rest of Europe, we offer free shipping on all orders worth 100.00 € (600gr) or more.

Please note that normal free delivery only applies to the final shopping cart value.

If you wish to return your order, our return policy gives you a period of 30 days to return your item, free of charge, for a full refund. We aim to deliver items within 3 to 4 business days, although it may take longer for distant locations. Direct delivery is the responsibility of our approved suppliers.

Order processing

Orders are processed immediately after confirmation of the respective payment through our website. 

The products to be shipped are carefully packed and packaged by us or our partners so that they arrive at the delivery point in perfect conditions, always taking into account the customer's satisfaction.

The estimated delivery time is 24 to 72 hours for mainland Portugal and another 3-9 working days for Madeira and the Azores.

(Delivery times are estimated. they are only considered valid when there are no physical or structural impediments (incorrect addresses or force majeure setbacks, such as strikes, lost connections, etc.)

Delivery times vary depending on the origin of the shipments.  ;

Some items are produced to order, so the delivery time may be longer.

We cannot guarantee the exact delivery date for orders from abroad. 

However, all orders delayed by more than 15 days from the expected delivery date will be fully refunded.
